Returns are only accepted for items that have been damaged due to shipping. Damaged items must be returned for replacement within 3 days of receipt. Items being returned to due damage need to be shipped via USPS or UPS to RosArt Multimedia Inc. 3609 Ingraham St., San Diego CA 92109 in original packaging or similar package . Customer will need to pay shipping for all returns. Damaged items may also be returned for replacement via local drop off during RosArt Mutimedia?s Inc. normal business hours of 9AM to 5PM Monday through Friday using the above address. Please call to make arrangements for local drop off and replacement.
Cancellations must be made before the order has been shipped. Cancellations can be made by calling RosArt Multimedia Inc. at 858 483-1866 during normal business hours. Any charges will be refunded (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
Most orders ship within 1 business day via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are included in the price of the order and should arrive within 5-8 business days after the order has been placed. A shipping tracking number will be emailed to the customer once the order has been shipped. Shipping only applies to the continental United States. Any other shipping destination will need to be arranged before the order is placed by calling 858 483-1866 9AM to 5PM PST Monday through Friday.
