RosArt Multimedia negotioates deal to purchase Superior View - Adds new division to parent company

SAN DIEGO CA – RosArt Multimedia, Inc.™(www.rosart.com)announces that it has recently purchased the assets of the IPIX specialty photographic firm Superior View™, including the name and web site (www.superiorview.com), and will establish a new division that provides clients with the IPIX technology. With the idea of 360-degree, immersive imaging still a relatively new thought to most site builders and users, other than real estate clients, the possibilities for its use and expansion are endless, especially in the hospitality and tourism fields. The new division will bear the Superior View™ name and logo, retaining the branding that the previous owners had established.
The new division was unofficially debuted at the Edward James Olmos-produced Latino Book and Family Festival on March 10 and 11, at the San Diego Convention Center, and garnered a respectable amount of attention. The technology is currently offered to RosArt clientele and has been used by their real estate clients successfully. “When we discovered that Superior View™ was amenable to selling, we decided to establish a division that could fully utilize the technology for both our current and future clients who are looking for a cutting edge medium to wow site-visitors,” José Rosa, President of RosArt Multimedia, Inc.™said.
