SAN DIEGO CA – RosArt Multimedia, Inc.™(www.rosart.com) announces that it has purchased more than 30 hosting accounts from Cosmic Graffiti, and will use those accounts to establish a new division within the parent firm which has been named Da Web Works™ Hosting Company. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed. Benefits accruing from this acquisition will be shared among RosArt’s client listings, should individual accounts choose RosArt as their web designer.

This purchase marks the official start-up of Da Web Works™, the brainchild of RosArt president Jose Rosa and his board of directors. Also, plans for other divisions are in the works, including a more mainstream Web-site building company for a clientele of differing tastes and styles. RosArt MULTIMEDIA, Inc. currently is in the process of establishing companies designed to service the growing e-commerce phenomenon. “As RosArt’s client list grows, the need to expand into new arenas has resulted in the gradual formation of new companies. Just like Da Web Works™, these new companies will come into being as the necessity arises,” says Mr. Rosa. He believes that, ultimately, a larger entity will emerge to direct and coordinate the smaller units, each designed to handle a specific niche of the expanded corporation.
