San Diego, CA - After a stringent application process, RosArt Multimedia announces that it has been added to the Master List of Pre-Qualified Contractors maintained by the State of California, Department of General Services for e-commerce/e-government services. This designation also allows RosArt to be chosen in partnership with other companies for major projects. The State has set up this pre-qualification process to overcome the roadblocks of the original contracting process, which usually takes an average of 6-9 months. Having the pool of pre-qualified vendors available to bid on the various contracts allows the State to take advantage of technology changes as they come about, and make use of the most recent products that are available on the market.

RosArt is one of only 17 companies that were chosen as contractors for the State in this 4th round of pre-qualifications, and joins local major companies such as SAIC, as well as national and international firms such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and IBM on the State's Master List of pre-qualified contractors handling contracts from $25,000 and up.
